Todays Latest Pickup features the Kevin Durant IV in the metallic bronze and black colorway. Originally released on Christmas day back in 2011 and inspired from the cookie cutters that are used durring the holidays. The whole upper is disguised in metallic bronze, with a matte black sole/outsole and black laces. A set of red laces is also included. There are several clear references on the shoe, as well as a couple personal messages.

Over Priced: Foamposite One Metallic Red

The Foamposite One first hit the scenes back in 1997. This shoe was groundbreaking because the entire upper was made by a liquid that is poured into a mold and then hardened. At the time, there was nothing like it, but thats besides the point. Even though the Foamposite One is an amazing shoe, we are witnessing its retail price skyrocket. The "Metallic Red" colorway that you see above will release February 4th, with a price-tag of $220 (and thats before tax). When the Foamposite One originally released in 1997, they were priced at $180 being the most expensive basketball shoe on the market. If you thought they were expensive way back in 2011 ($200), your in for a tough rape this year when your at the register and have to pay somewhere around $238 dollars (depending on your state's tax rates). Hit the jump to see more pictures of this sweet shoe.
